Media Experience

Kray is experienced in the design, installation and troubleshooting of all types of twisted pair (UTP) cable, serial cable, coaxial cable and fiber optic cable.

Telephone Systems

Kray can provide and install telephone system hardware.  We are authorized dealers for Panasonic and Vodavi.

Cabinet and Relay Racks

In addition to cable installations, Kray will lay out and install computer room equipment including patch panels, equipment cabinets, relay racks, etc.

Power Systems 

Kray is fully licensed to engineer and install power centers, electrical distribution wiring, dedicated circuits, battery backup power systems, underground and overhead services, grounding systems, etc.

We can provide everything from a single custom designed local printer cable, to the design and installation of the cabling system for an entire high-rise building or campus environment.

Warranties and Service

All labor and materials guaranteed for a minimum of five years. Comprehensive service agreements are available.  Leviton lifetime certification available

Insurance 

Kray is fully insured for liability and worker's compensation.   Safety is a major area of employee education and concern.  Bid and performance bonds can be obtained when required.

Response Time 

Kray's response times are usually within two or three days.  Trouble calls are always handled the same day.

 
Service Area 

Kray serves the seven county San Francisco Bay Area.  The primary service area covers northeast to Sacramento, south to Monterey and east to Stockton.  In addition, Kray has special contracts covering areas from Eureka to San Diego.

Testing 

Every pair of every cable installed by Kray is tested for opens, shorts, swaps and reversals.  When indicated, Kray will certify installed cables for compliance with EIA/TIA 568 specifications.
